1) If you could change anything about this experience what would it be and why?
If I could change something, it would be the seating arrangements. Not because I would like to sit with my friends, but it shows me that I know who I can work well with, and who can help me.
2)What health and safety rules needed to be place to ensure you and your group were safe during the practical?
Less chaos around the room. But I guess that's a kitchen for you. It would be better to improve things or make it easier to move around!
